Rudy is an orange version of Bomb, and is a member of General's Kids. He has orange plumage, a yellow fuse, maroon eyebrows, and a red belly. Rudy is short-tempered, immature, and sinister. Rudy tries to teach his best friend Michael some ideas that have to do with fun. He can blow things up using his fuse to throw fireballs.
