Owen is a black version of Bubbles, and is a member of Holiday Birds. He has black plumage, hair, and tail, and electric lime eyebrows, belly, and eye overparts. Owen is cheerful, talented, and happy. Owen always has a smile on his face while making costumes with support of Landon. He can even wear his own costumes for Halloween. Owen can blow up like a balloon to get what he wants.
